The practice

Advice rooted in Northern Ireland conversations

Harbor Crest grew from years of sitting with families in kitchens and boardrooms across County Antrim and beyond—sorting pension packs that had never been opened and inheritance questions that arrived too late.

Why we exist

Too many households receive product illustrations before anyone has mapped their monthly outgoings. We reverse that order: understand the numbers you live with, then recommend only what a suitability assessment supports.

Our office at 3083 Ara Key, Lehnerwell remains small by design. Capacity is limited so that each engagement letter reflects real adviser time, not a call-centre queue.

Client coordinator. Manages document checklists, meeting diaries, and chase-ups with pension providers so advisers can stay on the analysis.

How we work with clients

We issue fees in writing before paid work begins. Recommendations are recorded in a suitability report. We do not earn hidden product commissions that override the advice process—fees are agreed up front as fixed engagements or annual review retainers.

Values that guide the practice: plain language over jargon, patience with family meetings, and honesty when a question sits outside our permissions. In those cases we introduce a solicitor, mortgage specialist, or accountant rather than stretching the brief.
